This weekend is for members to pause and create some space to reflect on their well-being. It will be facilitated by Leighann McConville, Mags McClory and Joe McKeown.

The weekend is to give members an opportunity to relax and reflect and is not a FOA planning weekend.

The subsidised cost of the weekend is £55 - This includes 2 nights accommodation and full board.
